Each of my services I offer has been shaped through my own personal healing journey, combining physical release with emotional depth and spiritual awareness. These practices are not about performing, they’re about feeling, softening, and returning to yourself.

Holistic Yoga Flow

This is more than just movement, it’s a conversation between your breath, body, and nervous system. My Holistic Yoga Flow blends gentle somatic movement with Yin Yoga, my area of speciality. These slow, grounding postures are held for several minutes to reach the deeper connective tissues, release stagnant energy, and invite stillness into the mind.

Perfect for anyone navigating stress, burnout, or emotional heaviness, this practice gives your body the time and space to deeply restore. Whether you’re a complete beginner or experienced in yoga, you’ll be supported to listen inward and move in a way that feels nurturing, not forceful.

Theta Healing

We carry so much beneath the surface; beliefs, patterns, and emotional wounds that shape how we see the world and ourselves. Theta Healing is a powerful healing modality, accessed through a meditative state, that works with the subconscious mind to gently release what no longer serves you.

You can embark on a journey of exploring your own unique beliefs and values.

In a relaxed, trance-like theta brainwave state, we work together to identify blocks, whether emotional, spiritual, or physical and rewire them into empowering beliefs. These sessions can bring clarity, emotional relief, and deep inner shifts.

Breathwork

Your breath is your most intimate guide, always with you, always available. In these sessions, we explore conscious and rhythmic breath patterns that support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and energetic reset.

Whether you’re holding onto stress, feeling disconnected, or simply want to feel more alive in your body, breathwork is a profound tool for transformation and an opportunity to let go and surrender.

Sessions can range from calming and restorative to deep and cathartic.

Meditation

Meditation doesn’t have to mean emptying your mind, it can simply be about arriving here, now, and learning to just be.

I offer guided meditation that invites you to drop into presence with compassion and curiosity. Using breath, body awareness, and subtle visualisation techniques, you’ll be gently led into a state of stillness where prana, our life force flows freely, without judgment or restraint.

This practice fosters emotional balance, mental clarity, and a deep sense of inner peace.
